Welcome to the Doutta Galla Tennis Club Championships for 2023
Tournament Information
Matches to commence from Saturday 5th November 2023 until Friday 1st December 2023.
Grand Finals will be played on Saturday 2nd December and presentations will be held at the Club's Christmas Party that evening.
Match time and date are to be organised between the players, prior to the commencement of the next phase.
Matches may be booked in using the Club's Book a Court System.
Grand Finals cannot be postponed.
Only Current Financial Members can enter. Juniors that play in a Combined Team that are not Members may participate in the Club Championships.

Fees
All fees need to be paid to the Club by Paypal when completing the entry form.
Each fee is payable for each event you are entered in.
The following fees are for the 2023 Club Championships:
- Adults Open Singles Events - $10 per player per event.
- Adults Doubles Events - $7 per player per event.
- Junior Singles Events - $3 per player per event.
- Junior Doubles Events - $3 per pair per event.
- Junior Round Robin Doubles Events - $3 per player per event.

The following events will be held, depending on the number of entries:
- Mens Open Singles
- Ladies Open Singles
- Mens Doubles
- Ladies Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
- Boys Singles
- Girls Singles
- Junior Round Robin Singles (C and D Grade)
- Junior Round Robin Doubles
Please note that the Committee may make changes to formats to suit the number of patricipants.
Format
Open Singles - Best of two sets to six games, with tiebreak at six-all. If two sets all, a Super Tiebreak to be held of first to ten points. Grand Final is the best of three sets to six games, with a tiebreak at six-all.
Doubles Events and Junior Singles Events - Pro set up to eight games, with a tiebreak at seven-all.
Junior Round Round - To be determined depending on numbers.
